ZELUNE – Return & Refund Policy

At Zelune, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products. Due to the personal nature of skincare items, we have a limited return policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery
The product received is incorrect or missing items

To be eligible:

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Provide unboxing video/photo proof
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened products
Products returned without original packaging
Returns requested after 48 hours
Products purchased during special promotions (unless defective)
3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to:
Original payment method, or
Bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)
4. Replacement Policy
If your product is damaged or incorrect, we offer a free replacement
Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
